We invite you to contact HDRC Services directly on 6584 1115 with enquiries about our social programs or In-Home Support programs.
All referrals for our social programs should be made through My Aged Care by phoning 1800 200 422 or going online to www.myagedcare.gov.au and requesting a referral to be made to HDRC Services for ‘Social Support Group’.
My Aged Care is an Australian Government contact centre providing information about aged care services that may assist you to stay living in your own home. After contacting My Aged Care, an assessor from the local Regional Assessment Service will make contact with you and may visit you at home to identify your support needs and refer you to relevant support services.
